Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PromptSher (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) handles information when you use the mobile application PromptSher – AI Prompt Generator.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored only on your device

The App may store the following locally on your phone (for example using on-device storage):

This local data is not uploaded to us as a user profile unless you later add a feature that does so (this App version does not).

2.2 Information processed when you use online features

When the App is online, it may request:

• Prompt catalog data (IDs, image URLs, prompts, categories, keywords) from our content host
• Images from the image URLs provided in that catalog

Technical details that are normal for any internet connection may be processed by network systems (for example IP address, device/browser type, time of request). That is handled by hosting providers as part of delivering files, not as a separate “account profile” inside PromptSher.

2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect

In the current version of PromptSher, we do not intentionally collect or require:

• Name, email, or phone number to use the core App
• Payment card data inside the App (unless you buy something through Google Play; see Google’s policies)
• Precise GPS location
• Contacts, microphone, or camera access
• Social login (Google/Facebook login inside the App)

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Show prompts and photos from the remote catalog
• Cache content on your device for speed and offline access
• Sync the local cache when new photos, prompts, categories, or keywords are published
• Save favorites and collections on your device
• Send optional local reminder notifications (for example a daily creative reminder), if you allow notifications
• Open third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or their websites) when you tap those buttons
• Copy prompts to your clipboard when you choose Copy Prompt

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the App may schedule local reminders on your device (for example a daily message encouraging you to try new prompts).

• You can turn off notifications in your phone’s system settings at any time.
• These reminders are intended as local device notifications related to the App experience.

5. Clipboard

If you use Copy Prompt, the selected prompt text is placed on your device clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. Clipboard content is controlled by your device and operating system. We do not operate a separate clipboard cloud service for this App.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Content hosting

Prompt lists and images may be loaded from remote servers/CDNs (for example hosts under domains such as photoprompts.fyi or similar URLs configured in the App). Those providers process technical request data needed to deliver files.

6.2 ChatGPT / Gemini and other AI tools

If you tap ChatGPT or Gemini:

• The App may open the third-party app or website.
• The App may also put the prompt on your clipboard to help you paste it.
• Any data you submit inside ChatGPT, Gemini, or another AI service is governed by that provider’s privacy policy, not this one.

6.3 Google Play

If you download the App from Google Play, Google may collect install, crash, and usage data under Google’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Data Retention

Uninstalling the App typically removes local App storage, subject to your device settings.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to a mobile app (for example HTTPS for content loading where configured). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use the App on an updated device and OS.

10. Your Choices and Controls

• Deny or revoke notification permission in system settings
• Clear App data or uninstall to remove local cache, favorites, and collections
• Avoid ChatGPT/Gemini buttons if you do not want to use third-party AI services
• Use the App offline with previously cached content (features that need internet will not update until online)

11. International Users

Content servers may be located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that technical request data may be processed in locations where those servers operate, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy, where permitted by law.
